The Manila Clock Tower Museum hosted its first female solo exhibit in celebration of National Arts Month.

The "Kuwento Ng Alon" exhibition by Philippine Navy Reservist Kristine Lim features art that visualizes the songs of composer, songwriter, and music producer Jonathan Manalo.

From award-winning songs like "Tara Tena" and "Pinoy Ako" to the theme song for FPJ's Ang Probinsyano’s “Ililigtas Ka Niya,” the exhibit draws inspiration from about 20 songs and the musicians Manalo cooperated with throughout his career.

The exhibition and artwork are a part of the international exhibition tour in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Services Institute which aims to honor and promote Filipino culture, values, and art around the world.

The exhibit will travel to ten countries besides the Philippines, including Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Canada, and Dubai.

Under the theme "ANI NG SINING, BUNGA NG GALING," the event aims to recognize the significant measure of the Filipino intellect and introduce its citizens to many cultural perspectives.

The Presidential Proclamation No. 683 in 1991 declared February of each year as National Arts Month with the aim of appreciating creative accomplishment and honoring the originality and variety of Filipino history and culture.
